This website is operated by Dozed Pups ("we", "us", "our"). By using our site or buying from us, you agree to these terms and to our Refund, Shipping and Privacy policies. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Our products
We try to describe and show our products accurately. Some product images are illustrations or digitally created images, and colours can look slightly different on different screens. Sizes and dimensions are listed on each product page; please check them before you order.
3. Not medical advice
Our beds are not medical devices. They aren't intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Information on this site is general and isn't veterinary advice. Talk to your vet about your dog's health, including arthritis or joint problems.
4. Prices and orders
Prices are shown in US dollars and can change without notice. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product was listed at the wrong price or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.
5. Payment
Payment is processed securely at checkout by our payment providers. You confirm that the payment details you give us are yours, or that you're authorised to use them.
6. Shipping, returns and warranty
Delivery, the 30-night trial and the 1-year warranty work as described in our Shipping policy and Refund policy.
7. Using the site
Please don't misuse the site. That includes breaking the law with it, interfering with how it works, trying to access other people's information, or copying our content for commercial use.
8. Our content
The text, images, logos and design on this site belong to Dozed Pups or are used with permission. You may not reuse them without our written permission.
9. Reviews and messages
If you send us a review, photo, comment or suggestion, you allow us to use it on our site and marketing. If it's a review or photo, we'll only feature it with your permission. Please don't send anything unlawful, abusive or that belongs to someone else.

Our site may link to other websites. We're not responsible for their content or practices.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Dozed Pups is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be excluded.
13. Indemnity
You agree to cover any claims, losses or costs we face because you broke these terms or the law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this site when you place an order applies to that order.
