30-night sleep trial
Give your dog 30 nights on the bed, counted from the day it's delivered. If it isn't right for him, you don't need to send it back. Donate the bed to a local animal shelter or rescue instead, and we'll refund you in full.
To get your refund:
- Within 30 days of delivery, email us at hello@dozedpups.com with your order number.
- Donate the bed, and any spare cover you bought with it, to an animal shelter or rescue near you.
- Send us the donation receipt or a photo of the drop-off.
Once we've confirmed the donation, we'll refund the full price you paid to your original payment method. It usually appears within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
- No return shipping and no restocking fee.
- Used beds are fine. That's the point of the trial.
- One trial refund per household.
Damaged or wrong item
If your bed arrives damaged, or you received the wrong size or colour, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
Cancellations
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us and we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Once it has shipped, the 30-night trial applies.
1-year warranty
For one year from delivery, if a seam splits, the zipper fails or the foam has a manufacturing defect, we'll replace the bed or the faulty part. Email us with your order number and a photo of the problem.
The warranty doesn't cover normal wear, damage from chewing, digging or scratching, or covers washed or dried against the care instructions.
Import duties and taxes
If you paid import duties or taxes to a carrier or customs office when your order was delivered, those are set by your government and we can't refund them.
