Where we ship
We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.
Cost
Standard shipping is free on every order to all five countries.
Delivery time
Your bed ships from our US warehouse and usually arrives within 5 to 8 business days of your order. We'll email you a tracking link as soon as it ships. Delivery times are estimates and can run longer during holidays, bad weather or customs checks.
How it arrives
The bed ships vacuum-packed and rolled in a box. Unroll it, take off the plastic and give it 24 to 48 hours to fully expand. The corners fill out last.
International orders
Orders to Canada, the UK, Australia and New Zealand may be charged import duties or taxes by your country's customs. Unless they're shown as included at checkout, the customer pays them.
Wrong address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away at hello@dozedpups.com and we'll fix it if the order hasn't shipped yet. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we'll reship it once you confirm the right one.
Lost or damaged in transit
If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, or your bed arrives damaged, email us with your order number and we'll sort out a replacement.
